MyWave is a company that rethinks the way people interact with their devices. At MyWave we wanted to create a digital personal assistant that could give users end-to-end outcomes and take the hassle out of daily tasks.
The challenge
Define a consistent user experience that would allow people to get quick results and complete tasks without doing any heavy lifting. While the primary focus was to deliver an interface and experience for mobile devices, the solution had to work seamlessly across all devices and operating systems.

What did we learn?
Creating an intelligent personal assistant is not an easy task. Myia is still very much in the early stages of production. Time constraints and a lack of front-end resources has meant the vision for Myia hasn’t quite been reached just yet. Moving forward, I’d like to involve the development team at an earlier stage and get a better understanding of what they can achieve with the resources they have. Knowing these limitations from the outset will help streamline processes and move us closer to reaching Myia’s full potential.
